Ridhineka is the lead speaker and founder behind Arkstorie’s workshops and bootcamps — a dynamic educator with a truly global perspective and a passion for helping students become career-ready. With an MBA from the University of Toronto, a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Cape Town, her academic journey spans three continents and reflects a deep commitment to lifelong learning.

Raised in Chennai, India, and having lived and worked in both the United States and Canada, Ridhineka brings firsthand insight into the challenges of building a career across borders. She understands what it means to navigate new systems, apply for competitive roles, build a compelling personal brand, and tell a story that resonates in the real world.
